Standard repair: It's usually ready within one business day.

Express battery replacement: We also offer express iPhone battery replacement within 2 hours if you need it done as quickly as possible. You can ask in advance by phone or in person about prices and availability for the specific day.

Delivery

If you prefer to send the device by courier, we can receive it and return it to an office or convenient address as soon as it’s ready. We work with Speedy and Econt throughout the entire country.

Warranty

Battery replacement for all models comes with a complimentary 6 month warranty.

This is more than enough time for any potential issues to become apparent—if there are any, they will be visible immediately or at most within 2 days after the repair.

The warranty is void in cases of user-caused damage—such as water exposure, scratches, signs of dropping, and others. For more information about our warranty policy, please refer to the terms and conditions.

    Yes, all our batteries are replaced and programmed with 100% health.

    Do I need to have a backup before the repair?

    It is recommended to make a backup before any repairs. If you don't have one, we can assist and create one for you as well.

    Will I lose water resistance?

    After the repair, we install a brand new seal for water resistance, so the water resistance is technically restored to factory specifications.

    Do you need the access code?

    No, we actually prefer that you bring us the phone wiped and with no information on it.

    Is it possible not to erase the phone?

    Technically, it's possible, but we strongly advise you to have a backup just in case.

    Sometimes, reinstalling the software is required to configure the new battery, which will reset your phone to factory settings.
