If you prefer to send the device by courier, we can receive it and return it to an office or convenient address as soon as it’s ready. We work with Speedy and Econt throughout the entire country.

Warranty

The replacement of the power block for all iPhone models comes with a complimentary 6-month warranty.

This is more than enough time to notice any potential issues—if there are any, they usually show up immediately or at most within 2 days after the repair.

How can I tell if the port needs to be replaced and not just cleaned?

If the cable is loose, cuts out, or doesn't charge at all—even after professional cleaning—it means it needs to be replaced. At Zeero, we'll check this first before recommending a repair.

Do you check if the new port works after the repair?

Absolutely. We test charging, computer synchronization, fast charging, connection stability, and microphone sound. The phone isn't returned until everything works perfectly.

Does the whole phone need to be opened for the replacement?

Yes, to replace the port we need to open the phone and remove the old one, but that's not a problem. The repair is done carefully and professionally—we've already replaced hundreds of ports. And another bonus: everything is reassembled with brand new waterproof seals.

Do I need to have a backup before the repair?

It is recommended to make a backup before any repairs. If you don't have one, we can assist and create one for you as well.

Will I lose water resistance?

After the repair, we install a brand new seal for water resistance, so the water resistance is technically restored to factory specifications.

Do you need the access code?

No, we actually prefer that you bring us the phone wiped and with no information on it.

Is it possible not to erase the phone?

Technically, it's possible, but we strongly advise you to have a backup just in case.

Sometimes, reinstalling the software is required to configure the new battery, which will reset your phone to factory settings.
