The mesh covers on the earpiece, bottom microphone, and speaker. No parts are replaced unless absolutely necessary and we've agreed on it beforehand—just cleaning.
We clean first. If the sound improves, it was due to dirt. If it's still the same, we move on to diagnosing the speaker or microphone itself.
About 15–30 minutes. As long as we have a specialist available, you can wait on site and take your phone right after.
It depends on how you use it. For daily use without a case, we recommend preventive cleaning every 4–6 months, especially if your phone is often in a pocket, backpack, or dusty environment.
