What are the signs that my display needs to be replaced?

Will the new display look the same as the original?

Yes, we use original and high-quality displays with the same quality, brightness, color saturation, and touch response. You won't notice any difference.

Do I need to have a backup before the repair?

It is recommended to make a backup before any repairs. If you don't have one, we can assist and create one for you as well.

Will I lose water resistance?

After the repair, we install a brand new seal for water resistance, so the water resistance is technically restored to factory specifications.

Do you need the access code?

No, we actually prefer that you bring us the phone wiped and with no information on it.

Is it possible not to erase the phone?

Technically, it's possible, but we strongly advise you to have a backup just in case.

Sometimes, reinstalling the software is required to configure the new battery, which will reset your phone to factory settings.
